We accept exchanges for items damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was sent. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at cloudcruiserinc@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted. All sales are final.

Once the item(s) are shipped, a tracking number will be sent. After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be cancelled.
